Horizon Europe, the EU’s new 7-year framework programme (2021-2027) for research and innovation, represents the most ambitious research and innovation programme ever.

I warmly invite all research and_ _innovation talent from the EU and associated countries_ _to participate in our ambitious programme_“, said Mariya Gabriel, Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth.
The new Framework Programme (2021-2027) is also open to researchers and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) based in the Western Balkans.
