1st Black Sea Association of Food science and Technology- B-FoST Congress will take place in Ohrid, Macedonia, from 22 to 24 September 2016 (www.keyevent.org). This biennial Congress is gathering the representatives of universities and research institutes, but also food producers and distributors, to promote research, development, innovation and education within food science and technology.


NOTE:  >From June, Air Serbia have direct flights from Belgrade to Ohrid each Monday, Wednesday and Friday!


Also B-FoST Congress is offering HACCP trainingand EHEDG training on Hygienic Engineering and Design. Training will take place from 20 to 22 September 2016, at B-FoST Congress venue. Trainers are accredited and authorized trainers in both areas. More about these training you can find on Congress web page under Trainings.

This Congress is organized in cooperation with: European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG), Global Harmonization Initiative (GHI), European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST), European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences EuCheMS, ISEKI-Food Association (IFA), and Danube-INCO.NET.

THIRD deadline for Abstract submission is April 1st 2016. Because of large number of submitted abstracts, PRIORITY for oral presentation will have authors who will submit their abstracts earlier.
